Simple hospitality with a lasting impression. You'll brew and serve coffee before and between services, giving people a reason to linger and connect.

A quieter, behind-the-scenes role. This team prepares and cleans up the communion elements each week so everything is ready when the congregation gathers at the table.

Sound, lighting, slides, and the tech that holds a Sunday together. This team runs the booth by keeping visuals on cue, audio clean, and the service moving without a hitch. If you're comfortable with AV equipment or eager to learn, training is available.

Our Pella Kids ministry runs during every service at both missions. If you love kids and want to invest in the generation coming up behind us, this is the team to join.

Each week, someone stands up and reads God's Word aloud to the congregation. It's a brief role with real weight.

Keeping our space safe and welcoming for everyone who walks in. Security volunteers stay present and attentive during services and are trained to respond if something comes up.

The service starts before the service starts. Setup volunteers arrive early to set up signs, pick up trash, and prepare our spaces for worship. Teardown volunteers stays after to put everything back in order. It's physical work, and it matters.

You're the first face people see when they walk through the door. Greeters make sure no one walks in feeling like a stranger — whether it's someone's hundredth Sunday or their first.

Our worship teams lead singing at both missions every Sunday. Whether you play an instrument or sing, there's a place for you. Reach out to get connected with the worship team at your mission.

We serve our immediate neighbors through benevolence support, partnerships with local schools, youth outreach at the skatepark, and a growing homeless outreach ministry. These opportunities range from one-time drop-offs to weekly commitments in our own backyard.

We extend care into the broader Phoenix area through foster care and adoption support with Arizona Baptist Children's Services and service opportunities coordinated through our Community Groups via 1Mission.

We partner with Missions of Hope International to support gospel work and community care in Kenya and beyond. We also have team trips during the Summer, and our annual Crossing Missions Golf Tournament funds these global efforts each year.

Each year we run seasonal outreaches (Mother's Day, Angel Tree, and Light the Night) focused on blessing families and kids in need through practical giving and encouragement.
